Stat. § 19:31-14","heading":"New or altered districts;  notice to registrants and to commissioner;  registrations not invalidated","body":"When a new district has been created or the boundaries of any district have  been changed, the commissioner shall transfer the permanent registration forms  of registered voters whose voting districts have been changed, of which change  the registrant may be notified by postal card.
