Stat. § 19:63-2","heading":"Definitions relative to voting by mail.","body":"2.\tAs used in this act, unless otherwise indicated by the context:\n\"Election,\" \"general election,\" \"primary election for the general election,\" \"municipal election,\" \"school election,\" and \"special election\" mean, respectively, such elections as defined in R.S.19:1-1 et seq.\n\"Family member\" means an adult who is a spouse, parent, child, grandparent, grandchild or sibling of a voter, whether by adoption or natural relationship.
