Stat. § 22A:2-44","heading":"Costs in penalty proceedings in all courts","body":"The costs recoverable in any proceeding in any court for the collection and  enforcement of a penalty pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.) shall be the same as in actions in the court and shall be recoverable by the plaintiff in the event of a judgment for the plaintiff.
