Stat. § 25:2-29","heading":"Remedies of creditor.","body":"Remedies of creditor.\na.\tIn an action for relief against a transfer or obligation under this article, a creditor, subject to the limitations in R.S.25:2-30, may obtain:\n(1)\tAvoidance of the transfer or obligation to the extent necessary to satisfy the creditor's claim;\n(2)\tAn attachment or other provisional remedy against the asset transferred or other property of the transferee if available under applicable law; and\n(3)\tSubject to applicable principles of equity and in accordance with applicable rules of civil procedure:\n(a)\tAn injunction against further disposition by the debtor or transferee, or both, of the asset transferred or of other property;\n(b)\tAppointment of a receiver to take charge of the asset transferred or of other property of the transferee; or\n(c)\tAny other relief the circumstances may require.\nb.\tIf a creditor has obtained a judgment on a claim against the debtor, the creditor, if the court so orders, may levy execution on the asset transferred or its proceeds.\namended 2021, c.92, s.10.","path":["TITLE 25 FRAUDS AND FRAUDULENT CONVEYANCES"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"e74cb96bdec0e3b029ce6726169360d463bd10384c97bd958e46bda7ae402fa3","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-25-2-28","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-25-2-30"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
