Stat. § 26:2A-12","heading":"Violations;  penalties","body":"Any person who violates the provisions of this act or an order of the commissioner shall be liable for the first offense to a penalty, to be established by the commissioner, of not less than $100.00 nor more than $1,000.00 and for the second and each succeeding offense for a penalty of not less than $500.00 nor more than $5,000.00.
