Stat. § 26:2A-24","heading":"Definitions relative to embryo storage facilities.","body":"2.\tAs used in this act:\n\"Commissioner\" means the Commissioner of Health.\n\"Department\" means the Department of Health.\n\"Embryo storage facility\" means a facility which cryopreserves and stores human eggs, pre-embryos, and embryos for later use in in vitro fertilization, embryo transfer, gamete transfer, pronuclear stage transfer and zygote transfer, and other procedures performed to achieve a pregnancy or pregnancies.
