Stat. § 26:2X-3","heading":"Development of educational fact sheet concerning meningococcal meningitis.","body":"1.\tThe Commissioner of Health, in consultation with the Commissioner of Education, shall develop an educational fact sheet concerning meningococcal meningitis for distribution to parents or guardians of students in grades 6 through 12, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.2006, c.64 (C.18A:40-21.2).
