Stat. § 26:5A-1","heading":"Reports by physicians of cerebral palsy cases","body":"Every physician shall report each case of cerebral palsy now under his care,  if his patient is under eighteen years of age, and all new cases of cerebral  palsy, regardless of the age of the patient.
