Stat. § 26:8-67","heading":"Duty of county prosecutor.","body":"Duty of county prosecutor.\nWhen the State registrar shall deem it necessary, he shall report any violation of any provision of  R.S.26:6-1 et seq., R.S.26:8-1 et seq., R.S.37:1-1 et seq. or P.L.2006, c.103 (C.37:1-28 et al.), to the county prosecutor, with a statement of the facts and  circumstances.
