Stat. § 26:9-10","heading":"Powers of commission","body":"The commission shall have all the powers of a local board in so far as the same pertain to a mosquito breeding nuisance artificially created and water in which mosquito larvae breed, but such power shall not extend over any lands owned by a municipality, county, or the state.
