Construction of the road and its intersections with other public roads;\nb.  Restoration or construction as provided in this article of proper and adequate entrances to properties;\nc.  Building of the necessary walls in cuts or for slopes, bridges and culverts;  and all necessary facilities for drainage;\nd.  Planting of shade trees and such work as may be necessary to preserve existing shade trees;  and\ne.
