Stat. § 27:1B-25.3","heading":"Use of reclaimed asphalt pavement in \"closed system\" project.","body":"2.\tCounties and municipalities receiving State funds for transportation projects shall permit for public highways under their jurisdiction the use of reclaimed asphalt pavement that constitutes from 25 to 50% by weight of the total pavement mixture for base and intermediate pavement courses, after an evaluation of the material properties of the reclaimed asphalt pavement, in a \"closed system\" project.
