Stat. § 2A:15-57","heading":"Punishment for contempt","body":"Punishment for a contempt specified in section 2A:15-56 of this title may be  by fine, not exceeding $100, or by imprisonment not exceeding 15 days, in the  jail of the county where the court is sitting, or both, in the discretion of  the court;  provided, however, that this limitation shall not apply to any contempt conviction based on violations committed by a defendant subsequent to his initial conviction for violating any provision of the same injunction.
