Stat. § 2A:17-28","heading":"Selection of exemption on death of execution defendant","body":"If an execution defendant dies after execution issued, and a levy and sale of personal property be made thereafter, the exemption selection to be reserved  for the use of his family shall be made by the person or persons entitled to  make such selection by section 3A:8-7 of the title Administration of  Estates--Decedents and Others.
