Stat. § 2A:17-56.56","heading":"Payment of past-due support for child receiving TANF assistance.","body":"7.\tIn any case in which an obligor owes past-due child support with respect to a child receiving assistance under a State program funded under TANF, the department is authorized to petition the court to issue an order that requires the obligor: to pay the support in accordance with a plan approved by the court; or to participate in work activities as ordered by the court, if the obligor is subject to such a plan and is not incapacitated.
