Stat. § 2A:18-61.62","heading":"Issuance of \"Notice of Rent Protection Emergency.\"","body":"1.\tThe Governor shall be empowered, whenever declaring a state of emergency, to determine whether the emergency will, or is likely to, significantly affect the availability and pricing of rental housing in the areas included in the declaration.
