Stat. § 2A:23B-18","heading":"Judicial enforcement of preaward ruling by arbitrator.","body":"18.\t Judicial Enforcement of Preaward Ruling by Arbitrator.\nIf an arbitrator makes a preaward ruling in favor of a party to the arbitration proceeding, the party may request the arbitrator to incorporate the ruling into an award pursuant to section 19 of this act.  A prevailing party may file a summary action with the court for an expedited order to confirm the award pursuant to section 22 of this act, in which case the court shall summarily decide the application.
