Stat. § 2A:44-134","heading":"Lien docket;  entries;  validity of claim not affected by failure to make entry","body":"The officer of the public agency with whom a notice of lien claim is filed pursuant to section 2A:44-132 of this title shall give notice of the filing thereof to the financial officer of the public agency who shall, in a lien book  kept by him, enter:\na.  The name and residence or place of business of the claimant;\nb.  The name of the contractor and of the subcontractor, if any, referred to  in the lien;\nc.  The amount and date of the filing;  and\nd.
