Stat. § 2A:44-62","heading":"Lien not enforceable against vessel seized under process of United States courts","body":"No proceeding had under this article to enforce a lien shall be had against  a vessel seized by virtue of process issuing from a United States court having  admiralty jurisdiction while the vessel is actually held under such seizure,  nor against a vessel sold by order of such court except for debts contracted  after the sale.
