Stat. § 2C:11-3a","heading":"Adoption of court rules concerning photo of homicide victim","body":"3.\tThe Supreme Court may adopt court rules pertaining to the display of a photograph of a homicide victim in court as permitted in N.J.S.2C:11-3 concerning murder and in  section 3 of P.L.1985, c.249 (C.52:4B-36) concerning other homicide prosecutions.
