Stat. § 30:1B-10.1","heading":"Provision of mental health services to certain incarcerated persons","body":"2.\tThe Commissioner of Corrections shall provide or arrange for appropriate mental health services to State-sentenced incarcerated persons who suffer from mental illness, as defined in section 2 of P.L.1987, c.116 (C.30:4-27.2), but are not in need of inpatient treatment at a State psychiatric facility.
