Stat. § 30:4-117","heading":"Retaking of patients of county mental hospital","body":"The medical superintendent or chief executive officer of a county mental hospital may, without warrant arrest and return to the institution an inmate duly committed by court order who leaves without first obtaining a parole or discharge.
