The division shall convene a workgroup which shall include, at a minimum, one representative from each of the following organizations:\n(1)\tthe New Jersey Hospital Association;\n(2)\tthe New Jersey Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians;\n(3)\tthe Health Care Association of New Jersey;\n(4)\tLeadingAge New Jersey; and\n(5)\tother stakeholders as the division deems appropriate.\nb.\tThe workgroup shall assist the division and the department in the monitoring of the data reporting requirements as provided for in section 2 of this act, including, but not limited to the following parameters:\n(1)\tdefinitions of all data elements;\n(2)\tprotocols for data reporting;\n(3)\tqualifications of a person who submits data pursuant to section 2 of this act;\n(4)\tfacility compliance with the provisions of this act;\n(5)\tdevelopment of a \"real-time\" reporting mechanism; and\n(6)\tany other area of interest that the workgroup deems appropriate.\nL.2017, c.155, s.3.","path":["TITLE 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"3b7544f2ee23b873702ceef40fbbb30d3a28cbe350983a0fdd016c8c0278846c","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-30-4-177.67","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-30-4-178"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
