Pursuant to the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.  1968, c. 410 (C. 52:14B-1 et seq.), the Commissioner of the Department of Human Services and the Commissioner of Corrections jointly shall adopt regulations establishing the procedures formulated under the plan required by section 2 of this act.\nL.  1986, c. 71, s. 3, eff.
