Stat. § 30:4C-81","heading":"Annual report to Governor, Legislature.","body":"8.\tThe Commissioner of Children and Families shall report to the Governor and, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature by December 31 of each year, on the family preservation services program.
