Stat. § 30:4D-17.5","heading":"Adjusted reimbursement rates","body":"The commissioner may establish adjusted reimbursement rates for skilled nursing and intermediate care facilities which experience financial hardship due to an average monthly Medicaid recipient census in excess of a percentage of licensed bed capacity as determined by the commissioner.
