The effects of definitional changes in the statute, such as residency and legend drugs;\nb.  The use of drug utilization review methods in order to curtail the abuse  or inappropriate use of particular drugs;\nc.  A cost-analysis of alternative methods for administering the program and  reimbursing participating pharmacists;\nd.
