Stat. § 30:4D-44","heading":"Definitions regarding the \"Senior Gold Prescription Discount Act.\"","body":"2.\tAs used in this act:\n\"Commissioner\" means the Commissioner of Human Services.\n\"Department\" means the Department of Human Services.\n\"PAAD\" means the program of pharmaceutical assistance to the aged and disabled established pursuant to P.L.1975, c.194 (C.30:4D-20 et seq.).\n\"Prescription drug\" means any legend drug which is covered by PAAD.\n\"Program\" means the \"Senior Gold Prescription Discount Program\" established pursuant to this act.\n\"Reasonable cost\" means the cost of a prescription drug as established for PAAD.\n\"Resident\" means a resident as defined in section 3 of P.L.1975, c.194 (C.30:4D-22) for purposes of eligibility for PAAD.\nL.2001, c.96, s.2; amended 2012, c.17, s.386.","path":["TITLE 30 INSTITUTIONS AND AGENCIES"],"source_url":"https://pub.njleg.state.nj.us/statutes/STATUTES-TEXT.zip","current_through":"P.L.2025, c.405, and J.R.22","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-08-27T17:54:13Z","sha256":"b68a3f252c67aaaf27f94d70f1fb5e632bda5dd035559f21f61631c266fd913c","source_id":"us-nj","stale":true,"prev":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-30-4d-43","next":"us-nj/n.j.-stat.-30-4d-45"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
