Stat. § 34:13-4","heading":"Subpoenas for production of books;  attendance of witnesses; penalty","body":"It shall be lawful for the clerk of any court of record within the county wherein such board of arbitrators may be, to issue subpoenas for the production  of books and papers and for the attendance of witnesses before the board.
