Stat. § 34:15F-4","heading":"\"At-Risk Youth Mentoring Grant Fund.\"","body":"4.\tThere is established within the Department of Labor a separate grant fund to be known as the \"At-Risk Youth Mentoring Grant Fund.\"  An educational foundation shall be eligible to apply for a grant of a minimum of $25,000 up to a maximum of $50,000, depending on the size of the program, in order to pay the expenses associated with the operation and maintenance of a mentoring program.
