Stat. § 34:1A-18","heading":"Advisory Council on Disability Benefits in Division of Employment  Security;  powers","body":"There shall also be within the Division of Employment Security the Advisory  Council on Disability Benefits, as established by and constituted under the  Temporary Disability Benefits Law, except that, in keeping with the purposes  and provisions of this act, the council shall aid, consult with and advise the  Commissioner of Labor and Industry and the Director of the Division of  Employment Security.
