Stat. § 34:5-174","heading":"Chief engineer and safety inspectors;  appointment; qualifications","body":"The commissioner shall appoint a licensed professional engineer of this State who has had 5 years experience in any of the construction activities listed in section 3 of this act as chief engineer in charge of the Construction  Safety Section established in this act.  Construction safety inspectors shall  have a minimum of 5 years experience in construction work.
