Stat. § 34:6-67.2","heading":"Application of chapter","body":"Whenever, in the chapter to which this act is a supplement, reference is made to a factory, to a workshop, or to a place where the manufacture of goods of any kind is carried on, it shall be presumed, unless the context of the particular section in which it appears expressly states to the contrary, that said words or phrases, or any of them, refer, among other things, to newspaper plants, in which newspapers are printed or published, and to any place in which  persons are employed in the printing or publishing industry.
