Stat. § 34:6A-14","heading":"Bureau of Engineering and Safety","body":"There is hereby established within the Division of Labor of the Department a  Bureau of Engineering and Safety, the function of which shall be, under the direction of the commissioner, to administer and enforce the provisions of this  act and to perform such other duties as the commissioner may direct or as may  be provided by law.
