Stat. § 37:1-35","heading":"Rules and regulations; guidance on replying to form questions.","body":"93.\tThe Commissioner of Health and Senior Services in consultation with the Director of the Administrative Office of the Courts, pursuant to the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), shall adopt rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this act.
