The Commissioner of the Department of Veterans Affairs shall provide county prosecutors with a registry of volunteer mentors developed pursuant to subsection o. of N.J.S.38A:21-5 to facilitate the assignment of mentors to eligible service members who have been admitted by the prosecutor into the Veterans Diversion Program established pursuant to P.L.2017, c.42 (C.2C:43-23 et al.).  A copy of the registry shall also be provided to the Administrative Director of the Courts to facilitate the assignment of mentors to eligible service members who have been sentenced to a term of probation supervision.
