Stat. § 38A:23-7","heading":"Designated treatment unit for veterans, State hospitals.","body":"The commissioner may from time to time request that the commissioner of the department overseeing psychiatric hospitals designate any State hospital for the care of the mentally ill, or a part thereof, as a treatment unit for veterans who require such care and who are eligible for admission to a veterans' facility.
