Stat. § 39:10-33","heading":"Recovery of stolen vehicle;  conditions for issuance of certificate of ownership","body":"If a motor vehicle reported as being stolen is subsequently recovered, a certificate of ownership for the vehicle which had been surrendered to the director by a person pursuant to subsection a. of section 2 of this act may be issued by the director to that person only if:\na.  The person presents to the director a salvage certificate of title for the motor vehicle;\nb.  The person presents to the director a report from the law enforcement agency which recovered the vehicle;  and\nc.
