Stat. § 39:10-34","heading":"Repair of damaged vehicle;  conditions for issuance of certificate of ownership","body":"If a motor vehicle which has suffered sufficient damage to render it economically impractical to repair is subsequently repaired, a certificate of ownership for the vehicle may be issued to a person only if:\na.  The person presents to the director a salvage certificate of title;\nb.  The repaired vehicle is inspected by an official specially designated by  the director to determine the accuracy of its vehicle identification number;\nc.  The person submits proof of ownership of repair parts used to the director;  and\nd.
