Stat. § 39:3-27.69","heading":"\"Battleship New Jersey Memorial Fund.\"","body":"3.\tThere is created in the Department of the Treasury a special non-lapsing fund to be known as the \"Battleship New Jersey Memorial Fund.\"  There shall be deposited into the fund the additional application and renewal fees collected pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1995, c.252 (C.39:3-27.68) and any interest earned thereon, less the amounts necessary to reimburse the division for administrative costs pursuant to section 4 of P.L.1995, c.252 (C.39:3-27.70).  Monies deposited in the fund shall be annually appropriated to the Home Port Alliance to support the restoration, maintenance and operation of the Battleship U.S.S.
