Stat. § 39:3-29.6","heading":"Duplicate card","body":"In the event an identification card issued under section 2 of this act is lost, destroyed or mutilated, a new name or address is acquired, or there is some other change in the information contained on the identification card, the person to whom it was issued may obtain a duplicate upon furnishing satisfactory proof of such fact to the division and upon payment of a fee as established in section 6 of this act.  Any person who loses an identification card and who, after obtaining a duplicate, finds the original card, shall immediately surrender the original card to the division.
