Stat. § 39:3B-2.1","heading":"Regulations.","body":"2.\tThe Commissioner of Education, in consultation with the Chief Administrator of the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the Superintendent of the Division of State Police in the Department of Law and Public Safety, shall promulgate regulations pursuant to the \"Administrative Procedure Act,\" P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) to effectuate the provisions of P.L.2019, c.43 (C.39:3B-2.1 et al.).
