Stat. § 39:3B-5","heading":"Rules and regulations","body":"The State Board of Education is hereby authorized to make rules and regulations not inconsistent with the provisions of this Title or any rule or regulation made pursuant thereto, concerning the construction, design, equipment, maintenance, operation and inspection of any bus subject to the provisions of section 1 of this act.
