Stat. § 39:4-121","heading":"Traffic lights on state roads in suburban districts at location of fire engine houses;  installation by state highway commission","body":"The State Highway Commissioner, after proper investigation and survey, subject to the approval of the director, may install and maintain traffic lights upon State roads in suburban districts wherever a fire engine house is located within one thousand feet of such road or is located upon such road.
