Stat. § 39:4-139.12","heading":"Suspension of license; fee; deposit","body":"There shall be included in the fines and penalties imposed by the court on a person whose license has been suspended pursuant to subsection b. of section 9 of this act a fee of $3.00 which shall be transferred by the court to the division.
