Following the effective date of P.L.2025, c.285 (C.39:6A-4.8 et al.), the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the Department of Transportation shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), concerning all information collected regarding the registration of motorized bicycles in this State since 2019.\nb.\tOne year following the effective date of P.L.2025, c.285 (C.39:6A-4.8 et al.) and annually thereafter, the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the Department of Transportation shall prepare and submit an annual report to the Legislature, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), concerning the registration of low-speed electric bicycles and motorized bicycles in the State.
