Stat. § 39:4-183.27","heading":"Rules and regulations;  placement, specifications, location and maintenance of traffic signs and markings","body":"The Commissioner of Transportation shall, from time to time, promulgate rules and regulations concerning the placing, specifications, location and maintenance of highway and traffic signs and markings.
