Stat. § 39:4-183.6","heading":"Determination of signage.","body":"7.\tThe commissioner may determine the character, type, location, wording or symbol, and use of all traffic signs on the highways of this State; may adopt a manual and specifications for a uniform system of traffic signs consistent with the provisions of this act for use upon public highways within the State.
