Stat. § 39:5-30.4","heading":"Driver Improvement Program; fee.","body":"1.\tPersons attending a Driver Improvement Program offered by the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission, an approved drivers' school, or a Statewide safety organization, as approved by the commission, shall pay such fee therefor not to exceed $100, as prescribed in regulations promulgated by the chief administrator.
