Stat. § 39:8-65","heading":"Pilot roadside enforcement program.","body":"7.\tIn implementing the roadside enforcement program, the commission, in consultation with the Commissioner of Transportation, shall phase in roadside inspections by establishing a pilot roadside enforcement program providing a six-month grace period in which warnings shall be issued in lieu of the civil penalties established by this act or any rule or regulation adopted pursuant thereto.
